What makes us different
My practice focuses on infant wellness and microbiome optimization, as well as treating eczema, constipation and gut dysfunction, chronic infections, PANS/PANDAS, mold and heavy metal exposure, autism, apraxia, and cellular and mitochondrial health. Meet Dr. Samuel Sacks
Integrative Physician
An integrative physician who believes that we must incorporate different healing techniques for each person. He strives to blend traditional medicine with alterative approaches to rebalance each person and optimize health. His traditional medical training started at Rutgers University, where he studied Cell Biology and Neuroscience. Then, he continued his training at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He spent several years engaged in Biomedical Engineering, conducting research in Immunology and Stem Cell neuroregeneration. He completed his Pediatric medical Training in South Florida at Broward Health Medical Center and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. He has a true passion for advancing his knowledge of current medical literature and enjoys sharing the newest advances with his students and patients. His journey of Complementary and Alternative medicine began when he became sick and traditional medical approaches could not find the solution. He then went on a healing journey and was exposed to a wide variety of eastern alternative therapies that restored his health and opened his mind to a new world of possibilities. At present, he has learned many different healing arts that can help heal and restore balance. He seeks to provide the best possible healing for your Family. At his practice, he incorporates essential oils, homeopathic, acupuncture, harmonics, and functional medicine to facilitate your Family's healing journey. He works with each family to create a treatment plans that incorporates a happy balance of traditional and alternative medicines.

Dr. Sacks is the Mark Hyman of pediatricians for kids! I am so grateful that I found a knowledgeable, informed doctor that clearly loves what he does and gets down to the root cause, not surface level. He is very thorough, takes his time, and most importantly I can trust him and know my daughter is in the best hands when it comes to her health.
Dr Sacks is THE best functional doctor!! The fact that he works with kids is amazing! I had a very hard time finding a functional doctor that would see my daughter. I am so happy we found Dr. Sacks!! He is extremely thorough and very responsive to messages on a secure Health app. He spends a lot of time going over your test results and explaining and making sure everyone understands and that everyone is on the same page regarding treatment.

If you can definitely try functional medicine for your child, they will uncover things that a traditional doctor cannot uncover or will not.
Best pediatrician I have ever met. Dr Sacks goes above and beyond to give the best care to his patients. He is constantly learning more and getting up to date on research. Our previous pediatrician was very old school, not up to date on the research and would unnecessarily prescribe antibiotics for my children. Dr Sacks is a breath of fresh air and is so knowledgeable on nutrition, vitamins and more. I’m relieved to know I have a knowledgeable pediatrician I can call to help my children when needed.
